Managing talent in an organization is to retain and acquire high-performing talents into the organization. Now the economy and job market have been heating up. Organizations have to win the talent war. For that, every organization needs a proper talent management process. If an organization fail to implement a talent management process correctly, it will face the following problems



Recruit Unwanted Talents

The first step of the talent management process is forecasting future talent requirements. Having a proper talent management process organization can fulfill future talent requirements. But if the existing talent management process is poor, the organization will be hiring employees, but not to the suitable position.

Create Unhappy Employees

Proper tm process creates happy employees by providing development opportunities, and make good relationship with the organization and motivating them. But if there is no proper onboarding session and proper skill development plan employees will be demotivated.

Critical Job Rolls Vacant in More Time

When the retirement of a critical role or quitting a critical role, the organization should have trained employees to fulfill the gap. If there is no correct succession planning the organization can replace employees to passion. This affects the smooth process of the organization.

Poor Organizational Growth

Demotivated employees try to leave the company. So, organizations always need to recruit new employees. It wastes huge capital and recruiting teams have to spend more time to attract new employees to the organization. Due to lack of experience workforce innovations do not come from the team. It is affected to the growth of the organization in a competitive environment.

Effective talent management processes create a happy motivated workforce and they retain the organization in long run. High-performing employees make the high performance of the organization in the competitive business environment. So proper talent management process is very important to every organization.
