Talent Management and Digitalization
The business world has been
changed rapidly with the new technology during past decades. Software engineering,
artificial intelligence is an emerging concept in the business world. To acquire,
the best opportunities in the industry, the talent management process should be
developed along with the technology. By using a talent management system, it is
easy to automate the process effectively to attract, develop and retain the
employees in the organization.

The attraction of the best talents to the organization is very difficult. Because it involves many human resources processes. And also, the human resources department has to invest many resources in the process. But when using digital platforms for this process can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire process of attraction. The development of the skills of employees is an important component in the talent management process. Without correct skills organization can be driven towards its goals. By using new talent management software, it is easy to identify the training need of every individual. When giving all employee’s data to the system will generate future employee training requirements. Digital platforms can be used to arrange the online training program, it is a very low-cost approach.

Employee turnover is the main problem in any organization. Human resource departments always try to increase employee retention in the organization. For that organizations have to make personalized rewards strategies, create healthy workplaces, good remuneration packages, create a proper career development plan, and should create the work-life balance of the employees. For that information should be very important. Software that has been developed for talent management can be used to gather all information regarding each employee and useful actions can be taken at the correct time to retain the talented employees in the organization.
