Because human capital s the most important aspect of the organization. Hence the development of a successful talent management strategy is very important.



Identify the Organizational Goals

Before implementing a talent management strategy identification of organizational goals is very important. Human resource departments have to develop strategies to attract and retain the best talents to achieve the above goals. And also, there should be a proper training and development plan for training the employees to gain identified skills to drive the organization towards established goals.

Measure the Progress

To achieve measurable goals, applying processes also should be measurable. For that talent management metrics can be used. Talent management metrics are used to identify the outflow and inflow of talents of the organization. It considers talent mobility, talent distribution, cost of hiring the talents, time-consuming the attract new talent.

Track the Progress

The final step of the talent management strategy is to measure the progress of the process. The organization can identify the success of the strategy. At this point, decisions should be taken to improvements or changes regarding the existing strategy.
